enigma

……for some reason I struggled with this ‘story snippet’… perhaps it was because I was stressed out, busy, or trying too hard…. It seemed to flow when I just let it go and wrote without thinking too much about it…..

Here’s the 15 words….this time I picked “earth” themed words….

the words:

earth
grounded
real
stable
solid
precise
organized
root
nurture
enduring
north
mother
green
midnight
winter

the story snippet that I wrote using these words….

“enigma”

she had always been

different

a combination of contrasts
and contradictions
she was the straightforward sunny of summer
she was the wild winter wind

at noon
she was solid and stable
practical
precise
and organized

grounded in
reality

at midnight
she explored her roots
standing barefoot
on earthen paths
she felt a deep
primal
nurturing
and enduring connection
to the great green mother
she longed for a past life
when the continent was covered with trees
from the north
to the south
to the east
to the west
only trees
she longed for a time
of simplicity
when her spirit
was untamed
natural
and fully
